We operate with a fleet of house boats which includes one, two, three and five bedroom house boats with option of both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms. We have Premium and Deluxe house boats which are well maintained, well kept, neat and clean. 
  
Our crew members are trained, licensed and well behaved, which includes a chef-cum-guide who cater the guests with the most delicious and mouth wetting Kerala cuisine, which is rich in quality and much in quantity, with lot of love and expertise. 
  
We have taken all the precautionary measures in our house boats for the safety of the guests, like life jackets, fire extinguishers fire buckets etc. and probably we are the only house boat operator who has insured our house boats. 

All our house boats are driven with inboard engine which minimize engine complaint and pollution. A bio-tank is installed in all our house boats, which protects the environment from getting polluted.  
  
Above and all, we operate from our own property which has facilities like, very convenient road access, spacious vehicle parking area, jetty from where the guests can check in and check out without any hassle, a retiring room etc. We have our guest relations executives who provide all comforts and guidance to the guests. 

Because of the above mentioned qualities and conveniences, we stand apart from the other house boat operators and are far ahead of them in all aspects of house boat operations.
